For customers making payment via this facility Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd advises that credit card details are directly transacted with PayPal. Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd does not at any stage have access to your credit card details. In your dealings with PayPal the session, or data transfer, is conducted using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Product Price and Availability

All prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars, and all items should be currently available; however as the database is updated frequently, slight discrepancies may arise occasionally between product flyers and web data. 'Available' material is defined as items that can be generally supplied within 10 working days.

Returns

Returns will be accepted on the following basis:

1. All returns will be approved or rejected at the discretion of Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd. Consistent with the Trades Practices Act 1974, Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd is not automatically responsible for accepting returns where there is a customer error or the customer simply changes their mind.
2. As an industry standard, due to the nature of the media, CDs and downloadable products are not returnable for credit - unless they are defective and therefore not usable for technical reasons so choose carefully.
3. If the materials are assessed to be defective then we will be happy to replace or accept your return. A request to return can be made to Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the product. This can be done by completing the ‘Contact’ form and including the details of your purchase.
4. Approved returns will receive a credit and will be processed for the invoiced value of the stock returned, less a $20.00 charge for administration. This fee will be waived if Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd is at fault or the products are defective.

Merchant Refund Policy

Credit card customers please note: While the cost of Merchant Fees are picked up by Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd, where a customer seeks a refund for an item for any reason, Barrack St Compliance Co Pty Ltd will deduct the Merchant Fees (along with any subsidiary costs in the Returns Policy) from the customer's refundable total before refunding the subsequent portion of funds to the customer.
